    Spinach Dip

ITG Spinach Dip

.

Ingredients
1 pack ITG Cream of Chicken Soup
10 oz. fresh Spinach (can use frozen but fresh is better for this recipe)
1 Tbs. Olive oil
Green onion
Red/Green pepper
Fresh lemon
Garlic Powder
Tabasco
WF mayo

Directions
Prepare Chicken soup with only 3 -4 ozs water.
Sauté fresh Spinach in olive oil with garlic powder and sea salt.
Chop green onion, red and green pepper very fine.
Mix all ingredients and add a couple tsp of WF mayo, few dashes of Tabasco and squeeze some fresh lemon juice..

Good as a side dish or blend in a food processor for dip, enjoy with ITG chips or make ITG crackers!

Flat Bread Crackers for 2 people
Recipe:
1 Package, ITG Plain Pancake
1 & 3/4 oz of water
1/4 teaspoon of Redmond's Sea Salt
1/8 teaspoon dehydrated minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/8 teaspoon Rosemary

Directions


In a bowl, mix pancake packet with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and water to a paste like but spreadable consistency.
Spread very thin on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Season top with garlic, cracked pepper, rosemary, and salt.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned.
Once golden brown, turn off and let sit in oven approx. 20 minutes more or until you can break apart into cracker pieces.
